By accessing or using the Academy Titan School Management System ("System", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of a school administrator or legal guardian to use this Platform. By using the System, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Accounts and Access

  • Each school, teacher, student, and staff member must register for their respective account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Platform for lawful and educational purposes only. You may not:

  • Use the System to harm, threaten, or harass others.

  • Upload or share false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the System or other user accounts.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect, store, and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The System may store user data including student information, attendance records, exam results, and communication logs, which are protected under applicable data protection laws.

6. Subscription and Fees

Academy Titan may offer subscription-based services. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are outlined in your subscription agreement. Non-payment may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and features of the Platform are owned by or licensed to Academy Titan. You agree not to copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion, especially if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimers

  • The System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Academy Titan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or system downtime.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted here and will become effective upon publication. Continued use of the System after changes signifies your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
